I’m not doing a lot of this lately:

And I’m trying to figure out if I’m not sleeping because I’m so stressed, or if I feel so stressed because I’m not getting enough sleep.

Tylenol PM Wanda. Non-addictive and will likely get you back on track. Seriously! Just one or two nights a week will help your body get back on schedule. Nothing is WORSE than being sleep-deprived. It brings out the absolute worst (in me)!

I’m so sorry. Not being able to sleep when you really need to is the worst. Hopefully you are sleeping better now!
